Y Combinator’s latest Demo Day takes place next week. If you missed the startups in this batch, here they are.
Trends from this batch:
64% of the batch are B2B startups, with many building products across productivity, the stack for engineers and infrastructure tools.
The consumer category is barely represented in this batch, with only about 5% of startups building within the category.
Healthcare is gaining momentum, making up nearly 10% of the batch. Notable areas include wearable technologies and drug discovery.
The legal tech category is also heating up. This may be driven by the rapid success of platforms like Legora (a YC company) and Harvey, both of which reached unicorn status shortly after founding. It’s therefore not surprising that around 4% of this batch is building in the legal category.
📊 Charts of the week
